Jessie studied Accounting at the University of Missouri and had a successful career in industrial chemical and construction material sales. After experiencing Verge’s client-focused culture firsthand as a client purchasing investment properties, Jessie brought her financial expertise, love for the art of deal making, and true passion for real estate to Verge.  She brings the highest possible standards of service and a thorough, analytic approach to every transaction. Jessie listens to her client’s needs, leverages her market and financial knowledge to help clients make educated and informed decisions, and utilizes her keen negotiating skills advocating for her clients to ensure a successful transaction.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Jessie fell in love with Charlotte and is an enthusiastic supporter of all that Charlotte has to offer. She moved to Charlotte in 2015 with her husband who is a physician. Through her family’s own experience, she understands the challenges and benefits of buying and selling homes during and after medical training, and complexities involving physician (and other professional) employment contracts and educational loan debt, and how they may affect the mortgage application. Furthermore, she is a pro at navigating the physician loan process to find the right financial product for your needs.
